VACANT PROPERTY STAGING
Photographed vacant homes do nothing to inspire potential buyers to get off the couch, leave the game early or reschedule other appointments to be able to attend your open for inspection.
They are looking to buy a 'Home' not a House, so the first images they see of your offering needs to invoke the excitement that this could be their new 'Home' and they can't wait to view the property in the physical.
This positive attitude shall continue from the moment they walk through the front door and take in their new surroundings. The excitement of color, texture, choice and placement of furniture, will enhance the experience for both the masculine and feminine buyer alike.
OCCUPIED PROPERTY STAGING
Our clients are at all different stages of preparing their homes for the market upon meeting with us.
This can include requiring advice on what they need to focus on and invest in to present the home correctly for the best result.
Some are just starting a renovation, half way through, or ready for furniture next week.
When called upon, we are there to assist with the correct advice on how and what to invest their money and time on to receive the correct multiple for every dollar invested.
Also, as to which existing pieces are working for them, and which are not.
